Ours fees vary depending on the therapist, on average $160-180 for a 50m session. Some therapists may be open to offering concession rates.

How quickly can I see someone?

Most of our therapists have availability within the next two weeks.

What is the difference between counselling/psychotherapy and psychology?

What really matters in success in therapy is find in someone who is a good match for you. Counselling and psychotherapy addressed underlying patterns, whereas psychology can often focus on diagnosis and symptom management. In counselling and psychotherapy, there is an emphasis the therapist doing their own work more so than in psychology, and so that means you can trust the person sitting across from you has been in your seat.
