Hi, I’m Jodie and I’m a psychotherapist.

I’m a highly skilled clinician with extensive experience in the treatment of addiction and trauma. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including serving as Head of Therapy Department at a leading addiction hospital. My work is firmly grounded in evidence-based frameworks and a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on addiction and mental health.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychology and Counselling and I am registered with the Australian Counselling Association. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate, and committed to advanced clinical training in behavioural addictions.

I am also trained in altered-state therapies, including Breathwork-Assisted Therapy (BAT) and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT). I am accredited through IICT for my breathwork practice and I am experienced in safely facilitating therapeutic processes within these modalities. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, and focused on supporting people to resolve underlying emotional pain that often fuels addictive and self-defeating behaviours.

With a reputation for creating safe and deeply supportive therapeutic spaces, I am dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and move towards meaningful, sustainable recovery.
